Cotton Thread Set - Cool Pinks! For Quilting and Sewing - 8 Spools, 4 Colors, 180 Yards Each
The Madam Sew, Cool Pinks, Cotton Thread Set consists of four thread colors, two spools each, in the cool pink color family. Perfect for floral, Valentine, Easter, Spring, and baby or children related fabrics and projects.
The thread is made of 100% long-staple, mercerized cotton. Which means you’ll get less lint and fuzz building up at your needle and therefore less thread breakage. Because it is cotton thread, it won’t be overly shiny and you’ll also be able to use it for any application where the end project will go in a microwave.

The 50s/3 thread is made of three plies making it thicker than standard, 2-ply 50wt threads so it won’t melt into the background. Each set consists of eight small cross-wound thread spools of 180 yards each for a total of 1,440 yards of thread in the set.

Our thread is a 50s/3 thread, which means there are three plies twisted together to make the thread.
Instructions & More
Use a 90/14 - 100/16 universal needle. We tested this thread with the 90/14 universal sewing machine needle and it worked fine. It’s always best to test on a two piece swatch to see how it sews. If it doesn’t run through smoothly, switch up to a higher needle size.
